Ladies Learning Code Heads to London!

We’re excited to announce today that Ladies Learning Code will be expanding into Southwestern Ontario and heading to London! London is home to Fanshawe College and the University of Western Ontario as well as a growing tech and startup scene that we can’t wait to be part of.

In August of 2011, we hosted our first ever workshop in Toronto and over a year later we are adding London to the growing list of Chapters that include Vancouver, Ottawa and Halifax. A big thanks to Kelly McGregor (@kamcgregor), our new London Chapter Lead for leading the effort to bring Ladies Learning Code to this city.

About our First-Ever Workshop in London:

We’re bringing our ever-popular workshop to London: an Intro to HTML & CSS, which will be led once again by the very talented Christina Truong. A big thanks to Big Viking Games for  hosting us in their great space!

Thanks again to our amazing Chapter Lead, Kelly, and our awesome host Big Viking Games!

We can’t wait to be a part of London’s tech community, and we want to thank everyone in advance for their support!

Is this one just for adults? It sounds like something my daughter would enjoy, she’s 14.
