Girls Learning Code: We’ll Take Your Kid to Work Day
Take Your Kids to Work Day is upon us, this November 7th! Girls Learning Code has created a great opportunity that the girl in your life will not want to miss.
To help girls learn about the world of career opportunities in the technology industry, we are partnering with 5 of Toronto’s most innovative tech companies. Girls will spend the day touring and meeting tech professionals and getting an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at these companies. At each location, girls will hear from tech experts and gain hands on experience through activity-based learning!
This full day field trip is for every girl – no experience necessary! Want your girl to know which tech career might be right for her? Don’t know which courses she can take to become a tech professional? Does she have a burning question that can only be answered by someone who works in the field? We have got her covered.
Now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for… we’re ready to announce our 5 tech company partners! Take a look at the awesome workplaces your girls will be touring!
